During the whole process of placing all the townhouses on the market, right through to the sales, I found Michael to be professional, friendly and I mean genuinely friendly, not just because he was selling my properties.  I would highly recommend Michael to anyone who was in the market to purchase or wanting to sell a property.  I can't speak highly enough of how he guided the sale process and kept me up-to-date throughout.
